如果您的房客在租赁协议中规定的日期起五天内未支付租金,您必须通过挂号信向该房客发送书面通知,说明您尚未收到他们的租金。
在您可以启动未支付租金的驱逐案件之前,您必须以书面形式要求房客要么支付拖欠的租金,要么搬离房屋(腾退物业)。这称为“书面要求”。您还必须在书面要求中附上《正当理由驱逐法通知》。
If your tenant fails to pay the rent within five days of the date specified in a lease agreement, you must send the tenant, by certified mail, a written notice stating you have not received their rent payment.
Before you can start a non-payment eviction case, you must ask your tenant in writing to either pay the overdue rent or vacate the property (move out). This is called a written demand. You must also attach a Good Cause Eviction Law Notice to your written demand
